[C3.004] Brookhaven Experiments on Rare Kaon Decays

Milind Diwan (Brookhaven National Laboratory)

I will review the recently completed rare kaon decay measurements from the BNL-AGS. The most recent results are from experiments E787 (search for K^+ \rightarrow \pi^+ \nu \bar\nu), E865 (Search for K^+ \rightarrow \pi^+ \mu^+ e^-), and E871 (Search for K_L\to \mu^\pm e^\mp). These experiments also have results on radiative and other allowed rare decay modes that are of interest. I will also discuss the scientific and technical status of future experiments for measuring K\to \pi \nu \bar\nu in both the charged and the neutral kaon system.
